Tim Nelson is a Ramper with 24 years seniority. He’s got a commitment to helping other Rampers.
Nelson joined the IAM in 1999, and became a Shop Steward for his Local 1487, in Chicago, Ill. Since then, Nelson has been elected to Committee Chairman in the local lodge; elected to attend District conventions; is now the Director of Organizing for District Lodge 141.
Nelson’s education includes a Bachelor's in Business, and a Masters background in contemporary culture. Nelson works with many charities, and he has even served as an elected Church Pastor.
The most important thing about Nelson is that he understands what Continental Rampers do. He understands what Rampers need, on the job & in a Rampers contract.
